Class Registration
REGISTRATION AGREEMENT – PLEASE READ AND SIGN FORM
By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
- Class Availability: LTUMC reserves the right to add or remove classes based on enrollment and staffing.
- Sibling Discount: A $10 per month tuition discount applies to the oldest sibling’s tuition.
- Supply Fees: Fees are tiered and paid in two installments—half due with September 2026 tuition and the remaining half with January 2027 tuition.
- Current Tuition Standing: Students currently enrolled must be up to date on tuition through January before registering for the next school year.
Enrollment & Tuition Payment Schedule
- A non-refundable $200 registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot.
- After registration, enrollment forms will be sent, and the first tuition payment for the 2026-27 school year is due by May 1, 2026 (the first of nine payments).
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month from September through April. Payments made after 2 PM on the 10th will incur a $10 late fee.
Important Notes:
- Tuition will not be adjusted for absences due to illness or vacations.
- Payments more than 30 days late require prior arrangements.
